Janice Wasiak

Janice Wasiak is the majority owner of Dover Fine Woodworking and oversees the company’s business operations. A graduate of Bridgewater State University with a degree in Business Management, she brings experience in business ownership, marketing, and strategic leadership. Since co-founding the company in 2012, Janice has helped grow Dover Fine Woodworking into a respected architectural millwork provider while maintaining a strong focus on client service, operational excellence, and long-term growth.

Lukasz Wasiak

Lukasz Wasiak oversees Dover Fine Woodworking’s construction and production operations. He holds a Construction Supervisor License, a degree in Business Management, and studied Construction Management at Wentworth Institute of Technology. Prior to co-founding the company in 2012, he served as Director of Operations at a leading Massachusetts construction firm. With nearly two decades of industry experience, Lukasz brings extensive expertise in project management, construction operations, and quality craftsmanship to every project.

David Duclos

VICE PRESIDENT OF BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT

Timothy Hamlin

Timothy Hamlin brings over 20 years of experience in custom cabinetry, architectural millwork, and project management. Having grown up in a family-owned cabinetry business, he developed expertise in design, construction, installation, and finishing from an early age.

Prior to joining Dover Fine Woodworking, Timothy managed complex commercial millwork projects throughout the San Francisco Bay Area, including award-winning lobby renovations featuring custom veneers, metals, stone, and architectural finishes. He later helped lead the growth of South Shore Millwork, expanding the company’s national presence and increasing annual revenue from $13 million to $32 million while overseeing luxury residential projects across the country.

Today, Timothy focuses on delivering high-end commercial millwork solutions while leading the development of Dover Fine Woodworking, WoodCraft’s luxury residential division.

VICE PRESIDENT OF ESTIMATING

David has over 40 years operations, engineering, and general management experience. With a construction supervisor license, his experience spans commercial millwork, architecture, design & engineering, and construction management. Prior to joining Dover Fine Woodworking, he was general manager at South Shore Millwork. Before that he spent 16 years as director of operations at Monarch Industries where he oversaw estimating, sales, and operations within the millwork division with over 600 employees.
